inspiration

what inspires you?

i have been inspired by many things in the past. a pretty sunset, some funky looking clouds. a tree that looked like it was talking to me. a huge open strech of abandoned highway out in the middle of nowhere broken down on the side of the road. many things, these are just a few. the inspiration these things brought me were as unique as the situations themselves. i find it funny how i react to different inspirations.

but last night, i had a new inspiration. i was on drugs, some might say that it was the drugs that inspired me. but id like to think otherwise. i was sitting in my room, listening to some psytrance. maybe the music was my inspiration. my mind raceing with random thouughts/ideas as tend to happen under such sircumstances when i saw it.

it was a note pad. filled with empty pages. as i flipped through the blank pages i thought to myself.....this would be a good spot for these random ideas, thoughts, notes to self. i often think so much, that i forget some of my best thoughts by the the time the night is over. i now have a mass of about 3 different pads, notes, ideas, thoughts reflections feelings......all scribbled through out out the mass of pages. some of it was really interesting, some of it was just silly.....some of them now scare me thinking.....did i actually write that? i am planning on re reading through these notes. expand upon them some now that i am sober. see if i can put some order to the chaos that is my thoughts.

who knows, something good may come of it. regardless of the outcome, it feels great to be so inspired by something as simple as a blank page in a notepad.

I would definitely say that music is the biggest inspiration for my

thoughts.  Drugs simply let me see them more clearly.  I, too, have

been thinking about writing down my thoughts.  I have never done it

before, but I think it could be quite interesting.  I'm going to give

it a try next time.


By the way, did the drug you speak of happen to be 5-MeO-AMT?
