So my Moms just told me at the at the State Fair grounds right by her house, the WI government is housing 200 families from New Orleans. She said they're all super bored because they have no money. They're right in the middle of a city, but they have nothing to do 'cause they're dead broke.
I was thinking of going down there and seeing what was up, mebbe getting someone high. I can usually tell who smokes dope, and I bet some of them would really appreciate a good smoke, after all this shit they've been through....
Good idea/Bad idea?

I'm sure it'd be appreciated, just be careful.

They'd probably appreciate necessities/cash more than you walking around looking desperate to get someone high

the State Fair in West Allis was soo fun... my grandparents had an ice cream stand there for like 20 yrs. Setting the shit up, going to the fair everyday when I was a kid was a great experience

Well, I'm fucking poor too!
If I had some money, I'd send it to them. But I'd like to help out in the ways I can. I mean, they have food/clothing/toiletries and stuff. Its not like we're letting them starve in the middle of the city. They're just bored stiff...

There's got to be at least a few daily smokers there that have been bone dry since the disaster. Do your part and smoke some down!
