Thai strain cubies and invitro ...

anybody by any chance have any thoughts on how well this strain would do using the invitro tek? a good friend just gave me a print of it and I just want to know if anybody has any experience or guesses as to how well it will colonize...
also, side question, they say to use 1/2 pint jars for the tek, but would it work as well to use full pint? i don't see why it wouldn't but I am just curious ...

That is dry weight. If that was fresh weight you would only be harvesting 0.6 grams dry. PF Strain seems to work best with invitro and Ecuadors work pretty good too. They are probably talking about 6 grams dry from three flushes, so, two grams per flush. If you ever get the chance try to grow some in cakes the yeilds are better.

im making up for possible lack of yields by innoculating 48 jars ...
but back to my other question, anybody know whether full pint jars will work? colonizing time really isnt an issue, i have a lot of years to live, i just want to know if Full Pint Invitro will work out ...

When growing Thai's,prepare for some pretty ugly fruit(especially K.S.). Mostly large "marbles" and "fat asses",but they are dense and heavy. They are very fast blu-ers,and very potent.

It is obvious that you read alot and that your knowledge does not come from experience.

Well I have grown this strain many times and never had any of the problems you posted nor has anyone else that I know of I have many pics over at the forest floor. And I saw exactly what you said posted some where. So it is obvious that you read this and that you do not know this from personal experience.
Why don't you grow some mushrooms and then post your finds rather that post what someone else did.

I don't recall saying any of these traits were "problems" as YOU call them. Just facts. I have grown them in a variety of environments, and have found this to have ALWAYS been the case!
