Dunking question...

I understand how to dunk a full cake after the harvest, but how do I dunk a casing that has several cakes that have been broken up in it???? I mean it's all covered with peat moss and Vermiculite.

You don't. Just keep the casing layer moist.

puscle's correct, you really can't 'dunk' a casing.
it usually contams if you do, i've tried.
