I hate lyrics in my electronica.

Unless it's a preword by Terrence McKenna or some some alien sounds, it just makes the song sound cheesy and euro. I think a lot of Infected Mushroom and the new Shpongle CD songs have gone to trash because of this.

It's like whenever I hear a girl singing after a really cool part in a song, it makes me think Im I just got out of some club in Sweden. AKA switch to the next track...

PS: anyone notice how the price of the new Shpongle CD went down from $30 to $10 in the past week?

Most of the deejay's I listen to don't throw down vocal tracks, and if they do, it's something strategic and worth hearing.

I don't listen to Shpongle, so I don't know why their album would be 30$ to start with.

I like stuff where I can get lost in the beat. This girl I'm seeing likes the happy upbeat electronica with the happy little kid sounding voices cheerfully saying "Ecstasy" or whatever else. It annoys me to peices.

i made a tracjk last week usig little girls vocals sped up saying "raver raver sis boom bah".

that track was fucked up like, awesome.

i dropped the four four bomb in that shit bitches.

Yea, the beat stops and then there is a synth with some girl saying dumb shit like "come...fly away with the dolphins..." then the beat resumes.

The only exeption that I found to this rule, is Star Shpongled Banner, whereas the lyrics make the song that much better. Fucking perfect intergration!
