im moving into my own place! a giant loft in the chi-town

yep i found a friend to move in twith me, rent is 2grand a month, and we are only leasing it for 3 months to start. we plan on holding concerts and renting out the space we dont use to cover the rent. and hopefully we will be living for free!

im so excited. its 5000 square feet, with only 2 rooms and a little loft built in, and the big front room ohas an entire wall of windows, and 20 foot celings :smile:

Holy shit, thats fucking huge!  2000 is actually a great deal for something that large.  500 sq ft. here goes for around a $700 a month.

Oh yea, I know that.  I was just saying that for 5,000 sq. ft. he got a great deal. 

Cause, 500 sq. ft. around here, is around $700 a month.  :smile:

oh and it was a former Firing range, and is sound proofed!!!

and heres the nice part, heat is included :smile: there are lots of radiators, but if i need more there is an electric furnace there.

the thing is, the place isnt zoned for living. not that i care, or that anyone will know. i just have to build a shower in there.

ohhh its sooooooo pimp. and im going to get it for free in the end heres how. as of now i know of a band that is looking to rent a space to practive in for $500  month, im going to have a dude living on a couch for $300 a month.

im going to have at least one concert a week (hopefully) and atleast one party a weekend, with dj's and kegs...

up front i have to pay 1300 and my friend is doing the other 700. in the end impretty sure that well be making money out of this. god i love being a busines man

i lived in chi-town for 18 years bro...over on 63&troy (Almighty Party Playa Crazy, 6th gen Latin King till I Die)...u ever live in the burbs? i chilled out in carol stream, st. charles, i lived in batavia and aurora too...
