the closest i come to sushi is tuna in oil
i just don't like the stuff...everytime i've had it there's always something that tastes rotten in it...everytime

That's weird... I've never had any sushi that tasted rotten at all.

It's pretty much the best food there is.

Most of this stuff doesn't even really look like sushi, just various stuff... since when were hot dogs and a hard boiled egg sushi?

i must admit i've only tried the prepacked stuff you get at malls
i seen one of those places that serve it on a conveyer in the city so maybe i'll give that a go next time

Well, the whole conveyor belt thing is kind of a gimmick for overpriced restaurants, but find some place where they make it fresh for you and it should be tasty.

for sure. theres a little sushi bar in the next town and they make it after you order it. and since it so small theres usually only 4 or 5 people in there at a time so the service is great, food is cheap and beer is cold!

yeah...that's kind of wierd because the whole point of sushi and sashimi is to display the freshness of the fish. fresh fish should have no fishy smell or taste, only a slight smell of the ocean..

Unfortunately alot of people think that that "Ocean" smell is "Fishy" smell!

I love Sushi, however I rarely eat it; the food sushi not the other sushi, I eat the other type of sushi all the time.

I love sushi, TEKKA MAKI, ONAGI, and good ole California Rolls. I learned to make Cal Rolls myself
