As long as no contammies get in there everything should be fine.
I don't know about innoculating in cold jars... but won't the spores experience some sort of shock?

Why all the laziness? I just prepared my jars at night and went to sleep... the next morning everything was cool.

Oh no the sky is falling...... in 10 seconds!

lol...laziness? This FOAF I am speaking of has just filled 120 jars w/ brf & verm. So, Yes. It is true he is probably looking for a few shortcuts. He does not want to innoculate in 'cold' jars, per say, just wondering if it would be ok to take right out of the PC and into the fridge to cool to about room temp for innoc. Any other suggestions welcome. Thanks.

No, leave them in the pressure cooker for about five hours to cool. You went to the trouble of preparing 120 jars so you dont want a rather large heartbreak.
