first time trying very little bit, nothing happened. next time i put a good bit of extract in a joint with weed. for the next hour i felt sick and at one point, i was moving my upper boddy in a circle in a strange meditative way but sort of gasping for air. it was not nice and i'm not sure what happened.

There was a massive shanin thread a fair few months ago, probably last year sometime, good information in there if i remember correctly.
