Hi Phishgrrl,

I'm new around here and don't know you, but maybe my words of encouragement will help anyway.

It seems to me that as long as you stay open-hearted and try to do the least harm to other people you can, you won't go far wrong. But it still may hurt like hell. The pain will come - but it will go to. Let it. Let it come and let it go. Everything that arises, falls away eventually - including the pain. And it feels so good when it does.

And Skikid16, it is falling apart for many reasons.  Especially my realizations that marriage is not natural for me, and that I have lost much of my self, and that I am not happy being married, I haven't been single since I was 15, I need space, some privacy and solidarity- I have felt unloved and even disliked the past few years by my partner, and yes, we have been talking about it inexorably this past week. UGH It's getting so tiring!
