Question on dosage

A friend of my friend is wondering:
He wants to get a trip of three to four on your scale. He plans on making tea. How many fresh shrooms should he chop per serving? If it matters maz. and he has tripped many times before.

fresh is about 10x dry by weight correct? I've read alot of people use 3grams dry per serving of tea. Maybe 30 wet grams then? Hope that helps, I think thats about right give or take a few wet grams.

Since he is without a scale...would it be safe to say about five fresh ones? (Averaging 3.5-4 inches long)

Your asking someone to go out on a limb to answer this question.Consider:Size of mushroom 3.5-4" long,or diameter of caps? If diameter of cap,your estimate could be "safe to say".If It's 3.5-4" long-hard to say,the size of the cap is most likely more significant in contributing to weight. Consider:Made into a tea-my fof says he gets off less on tea then when he consumes entire mushroom,& how tea is brewed (finely chopped,coarsely chopped-length of brewing) can affect trip intensity. Consider:50 grams of fresh shroom should be all your freind needs for a level 5 trip;& 10 grams for a level 1 All things considered fof thinks your fairly close with your estimate.
