Get a bicycle. I can't jog very far at all, but I've been getting in better shape by the day since I got a bike and started riding it often!

I've got a bike actually. I'm gonna have to look at it tomorrow though, it hasnt been used in a loooooooooooooooong time. Both tires are flat and I'm sure there are worse problems as well.

I was just thinking about shelling out some $ for a decent bike. I think I may do that tomorrow.

I'm eating healthier as well. It's something I'm glad I finally feel motivated to do.

My english teacher from last year was big into the food industry. We talked about GM foods and the beef industry and such. That, plus LSD, really changed my mind about foods. He was a damn good teacher.

I bike alot everyday and do the cross country thing. If you want to get better at jogging just slowly work at it everyday. Walking/jogging is a good start for rusty folks. Its wonderful once you do get 'free'. Running is so awesome.
