There is a small window of opportunity to eat shrooms fresh. I have never eaten them fresh but would like to try someday. Seems like they would be easier to get down.

wow... would never think that alot of people like them fresh... I love the trip but eating it is like eating my own poop for me so I only eat them dry... less torture! i'm lucky cause I never get stomac cramps.

I wonder what colour the orange juice would turn with 50G of fresh one! huhhhh :smile:

I thought the SAME thing...until I actually ate them fresh.  :crazy:

I had to drizzle them in chocolate just to get them down. 

I definitely prefer dried.  :thumbup:

I think it depends on how you normally eat them. I like fresh. Dry tastes so much worse than fresh does, and fresh gives a stroner trip for most species.

Really? But when they are dry you have to chew them up real good. Fresh ones have water in them so it's almost as if they melt in your mouth. I actually had one small fresh shroom before and that is what happened :smile:

I most often eat my dried shrooms with peanut butter...tastes just like saltine crackers!

If I'm just eating them, I prefer them fresh, but I really don't mind the taste that much. I also like them dried because you can powder them and make tea/capsules/chocolates/smoothie and skip the taste completely. I really enjoy making tea, so overall I'd have to go with dried.

Fresh ones are gross just because of the texture. They are all slimy and nasty. They still taste pretty gross dry but at least you can mix them with grapefruit juice or something to block the flavor.

i had dry ones that tasted liek pisatacios,it had a white stem and a brown cap,i loved the taste.

i find it easy to to measure my dose when dry.
When fresh i just tend to pick and eat wich leads for interesting times.
i have found my favorite lvl so to speak and i likes it when im there

I like them dried and in peanut butter also. I do say though I ate them fresh twice and it seems like the trip is much more ..shall we say excited.
