The stinkies and H2o2

My BRF jars stink like feet, no other signs of uglies.. so i figure its some kinda bacteria growth, right? so, can i squirt a couple CC of H2O2 in each jar, and that should help kill the bacteria without damaging the mycelium?
Also, i made a batch of new jars and they have started growth of mycelium but they dont stink.. could i squirt some H2O2 in there to protect them from the stinkies??

H2O2 is effective killing spores. Now, what you've got there is some anaerobic contam. probably bacteria and it has allready started its growth, so the H2O2 is inefective against it.
As for the second question, no. First because the H2O2 had to be very well spreaded inside the cake, wich is allmost impossible with just a few squirts as you don't want a swamp inside the jars. Second, it would kill ungerminated mushroom spores, wich you don't want.
Just follow the basics on sterilization on a proper manner (P.cooking, clean instruments, clean room, etc) and you'll be satisfied later.
