RIP Lortab 2/14/85 - 7/21/05

I'm not sure how many of you knew Lortab.  I knew him from IRC, had many wonderful conversations with him.  He passed away 3 days ago, and I thought someone should post something.  He will be missed by everyone who knew him.  Here's a link to the obituary  Link

Although the details are unclear, it appears that he overdosed, perhaps a suicide.  All I know is, I hope all of us take this to heart, and as a wake up call.  Everyone needs to be careful, and mindful of the fact that there is always someone to talk to around here, no matter how bad or hopeless things are.

By the way, I really liked your bulletin on myspace, and I feel the same way. People need to realize that no matter how bad things might seem at a particular point in life, things WILL get better. And I want to emphasize again, regardless of who you are, there will ALWAYS be someone in this community who will listen, and try to help. This type of thing keeps happening, to young people, and it's a fucking shame.

hey everyone, GoTTi here from tokeup.com. lortab was admin over there with me. i still dont know if this is true, im a hard time believing it. this is the 2nd death to hit tokeup in this week. a friend of mine just killed himself on the 20th....

i havent seen lortab online in a while, i know he has been busy with things he said, and he has been kinda active on tokeup recently. what a loss if to the community of tokeup and im sure here and to his family.

a user from here has informed us over there, thats how i found out. thank you to whoever that user is here.
