No...I have tried eating a shitload of food and nothing works.  Even normally I eat more than my 200 pound friends.  When I get home from my road trip (in a few days) I am going to eat at least five meals a day and I am going to beat the hell out of my body by working out.  Hopefully I'll get up to about 150 pounds or so.  I am all muscle now...there just isn't much of it on me  :smirk:

5'4" and 130 lbs.  I have a lot of muscle for a girl, thanks to my job and playing sports.

And my ghetto booty probably comprises 15 lbs of that 130:ass:

I guess I have that "toned with something to grab onto" look.

Haha thats how I am.  Right now im 6"1 at 145.  Bout to start working out again so Ill probably start gaining more muscle weight.

no dude wait until you get older, you will gain weight a lot easier, I used to never gain anything hardly until I was about 27 years old, before then I could eat tons of food, drink lots of beer, and I never was much as 130 pounds at the most..I can still eat a lot and not gain as much as some people eating as much as I do..but I ride my bike a lot now too..

Yeah, metabolism does slow as we age (even in my skinny family). But, that doesn't change the simple fact that I have a fast metabolism right now. To get buff I am going to have to eat like a madman and work out like a madman.

5'3" 112 lbs (w/ clothes on at a recent doctor visit)

i was up to 125 at one point in between wreslting seasons lifting and bulking up and wahtnot.

i had to cut down to 103...i was like you AZ fucking running my ass off trying to cut wieght all the time. starving myself then scarfing downt he food after weigh in.

But i won state in SC at 103 in 2001 and said fuck cutting weight and went to 112/119(when needed)

i got the flu at state so even tho i was seeded first i was in such a state that i coudlent even beat the lowest rank motherfucker. So that was it for me.

Use protein powder, it works well when you are bulking up...and also yes you need to eat more when you do workout..I started working out when I seen how much my legs were toned and in shape but my upper body was not, I was thinking I needed to even it out, plus I was starting to get a double chin and I was getting a gut..

I'm 18 and male, 5'7 and weigh about 120-125 lbs, it used to be 130 something but my crohn's disease made me malnourished, and also took off a couple inches-stunted my growth!
