I can't seem to gain/lose weight by eating more or less, no matter how much more or less I do eat!

If I exercise though I put on muscle pretty fast and can gain 5+ pounds of muscle in a week if I exercise enough. I once put on 15 pounds in 2 weeks when I started working at a construction job.

I lose the muscle just as fast, though, the moment I stop exercising as much :frown:

120 is pretty much the weight I always quote. I never seem to fall below it, and rarely go above 125 (it takes a lot of exercise!).

ya tell me about it....

toughest thing i ever put myself throuh. i played football too...i would get to about 195 during football season, then would have about 3 weeks to cut to 152 (160 my senior year) before our first wrestling tournament...which was over thanksgiving weekend. while my family was eating it up i was at the park running trying to sweat off the last few pounds. heh, not healthy at all but at the time i didnt give it a second thought.

i never really got into wrestling for some reason. i woulda loved the workout. back in the day i used to be a lil big, but i played football. but o man that damn wieght limit would get me every time. my coached (football) would run the shit outta me. fun stuff:smirk: but it did get me in shape

I had to do it...

but serioulsy if you want to add 1-3" to your height get an inversion table and use it everyday

wow you are a lightweight Randalflagg...I just weighed myself, I lost a bunch of weight and I am lifting weights now, doing pushups..but thisa has only been in the last couple of weeks...and I ride my wanna be mountain bike a lot more now..I smoke only a few cigarettes a day at the very most now....today even less..
but I used to weigh around 145 pounds, now I weigh 137 pounds..5'5" tall....beer belly almost gone...hurray! now some beers sound good...

I'm about 5'7" and weigh in at a whopping 135-140. Working out and getting ripped though. Lost about 20lbs when I got braces, so I stopped working out for a year and hit around 115lbs!!!! Fucking shit, do you know how skinny that is!?

I'm finally sitting comfortably at 135lbs min, so it can only climb from here. I'm stoked on maintaining a healthy lifestyle mang. My little brother is going to turn me into a muscle monster like him. :headbang:
