Yeah, I am pretty skinny but at the same time I'm ripped. Plus I've been working out alot lately and gaining a good deal of muscle mass.

What are you eating to put on weight? I eat tons of meat and dairy and all it does is keep me at a constant 130-140 ish. I never gain any significant amounts of weight.

Well last year I would workout 3 times a week and eat anything with a ton of calories, and eat as often as possible. I got up to 169 and stopped working out and eating as much and came back down to 155. Now I'm eating as much as I can stomach again; mainly burgers, tuna, eggs, frozen pizzas, outmeal, and whatever vegetables. Ive also been supplementing that with weight gainer shake stuff from GNC that has like 1850 calories per serving. Considering its hard as hell for me to put on weight, with this diet the gains are pretty amazing.

I'm in the same boat Randy, I lose weight just thinking about it.

Right now I'm 131 lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal (Should of finished it Rono)

but I  am not even going to say  but here in the last two weeks I have drop close to 20pounds!!!!!!!!!!! whowoooooooo

125 today...looks like I've gained a few pounds this week! All the walking/biking I've done lately has probably put on 5 pounds of muscle or so in the past week or two :smirk:

my weight never ever fluctuates. I can't gain weight and oh god do I try, I can't even gain muscle weight....like for a while I thought my scale was broken, because I saw some muscles....no change, reccently I found this piece of fat on my stomach...no change, so what did the fat just migrate from somewhere else? its not my scale tho, cuz I started weighing myself on other peoples scales to find out...anyways....

5' 1/4 inch (I'll take every inch I can get) 85lbs.
