mantis those two pictures, your avatar and signature are real cool. Do you have a bigger pic of the signature one? and did you make the avatar?
do you like the natural scale perhaps?
i would like to see bom's sig so i can contribute.. its a sublime sun i suppose?

Thank you, sir.
Yes, I made the avatar. It's a hallucination I saw on my first acid trip; A wise, seemingly all-knowing mantis creature. (made it in Photoshop) You can see a larger version of that by clicking on it.
Also, I have a MUCH larger version of my signature and I'll send you a link when I find it. In case you're wondering, it's the inside of The Allman Brothers Band's "Eat A Peach" vinyl.
Sure, I like the natural scale... why not? I'm a complete beginner on the keys and I really just wanted to fill my title space with something.

I don't think that it's sad. I think it's just chillin there observing everything that goes on. Everyone's like "Why is the sun sad?!, It's not smiling!" But you can be happy in a quiet kind of introspective way, too.

Yeah cherry, I agree. I am usually like that, happy and content but my face usually isn't really what a person would describe as happy, but I am! Another possibility: the sun just smoked two fat joints, and hes just really twisted, in that case, hes happy.
Mantis thats rad thanks for sending me those links.. also again i have to comment on your avatar, i have taken lsd many times but have yet to see anything like that, i think its because i dont close my eyes enough! anyway i think that mantis character would be interesting if it were furthered in some sort of fantastic story.. maybe even taking place in a land like in those allman brothers pics! thatd be cool. peace
