Torch pups?

I've grown out a few Pedros and got some nice pups, do peruvian torches grow out pups about the same?
Will pups sprout from stumps and whatnot?
Never actually seen a torch sprouting pups.

im not positive but read somewhere torch dont put out pups (arms) like a pedro.
but if cut, a torch stump will shoot off pups, i have one i cut and rooted the tip and the stump has about a 2in pup coming off of it.
