I have a veeeeeery bad feeling that this new anti-terrorism bill will be abused very quickly... take this snippet from CNN's website and think of the POTENTIAL POSSIBILITIES...

"As part of the increasingly vigilant investigation efforts, Attorney General John Ashcroft said that the moment the new antiterrorism legislation becomes law [later today], he would direct all U.S. prosecutors and FBI offices to immediately use their expanded powers to wiretap phones, monitor Internet traffic and apprehend suspects. "

In the above, Any and all references to reality are entirely fictional.

I agree. We all asume that they have been watching sites like this for along time anyway. Whats being posted in public forms isnt much diferent than the so called private email and PMs anyway. Besides, if the goverment starts useing this new law to start poping pot heads and shit the people will revolt in a hurry.

Most of these flag carrying crazies now a days could care less about pot heads and will not revolt on their behalf because they have been brain washed into thinking we are the dejects of society and trie to root us out where ever we may be hence drug testing. Your constitutional rights aren't anything these federal piggies care about and they could happily do away with them. I am in fear they will use this new terrorism bill to further their oppression of the drug scene :( . I wish there were some place in the U.S that a bunch of us druggies could hole up and claim or own independant nation while armed to the teeth ;o) .

Total abstinence is so excellent a thing that it cannot be carried to too great an extent. In my passion for it I even carry it so far as to totally abstain from total abstinence itself.

I love the way that the media has been able to tie terrorism to the drug trade. While I have no doubts that they could be involved, I think that a lot of drugs do not come from terrorists....

But once the war on terrorism is over, the war on drugs will be back in full force, with a bunch of new weapons they create for urban combat... If they can root terrorists out of caves, i think they will be a little better at hunting their own citizens..

I heard today that ALL major ISPs have allowed the FBI to install carnivore on their servers to help thwart terrorism.....except mindspring or earthlink or some such......

You think of ALL the juicy info they are getting that they are only going to go after terrorists?
