The 5gram wild ride!

My friend's dog groomer is considering on going on a 5 gram trip, he hears its the most safe intensity one can experience on caps. He has experienced ayahuasca before and was wondering how much or less intense a 5g ride would be. Anyone in the know please help my friend's dog groomer out.

Well, I think that this is in the wrong place, but 5 grams shouldn't be too much of a problem if you survived ayahuasca ;). I am not a shroom expert though, so this may not be the most reliable endorsement. What you should do is read the trip tips and trip reports. The trip reports in particular will probably be very helpful.

Every person is different, every experience is different. A five gram trip will be quite intense, perhaps with much visuals and audios. Use your judgment, but understand that once the trip has begun, you're committed to it until the end.

Go for it.Terrance McKenna, in his book "Psychedelic Shaminism", states that 5 grams-for someone weighing between 140-160lbs (can't remember which)- will give you the full spectrum of auditory/visual "hallicunations".
If I remember correctly then any shrooms eaten over that aren't unsafe, just wasted.

I guess it depends on how much he weight...
I am 165 lbs and the most I have taken was 3.5 g on ROCK IN RIO III this year, men it was awesome.
If he is over 200 pounds I think he will be alright.
It also depends on his previous experiences, if he thinks he will not freak out for sure, let he do it, but dont forquet to write a post!!!

the fungus can be a foremidabble foe... wear a crash helmet just to be safe.... i have done 7.5 grams of very potent cubensis. my ego died and died and died again.... fuckin wow
