what's for dinner?
    #4349927 - 06/29/05 11:10 AM (11 years, 5 months ago)

so I've had this whole 12 pound turkey in my freezer for a month now and it's taking up too much space, so I've decided to make dinner out of it; but roasting it whole would be too laborious and time consuming, so im removing the the breast, saving one for ground meat. I'm gonna make a mousse with the leg meat and some left over pate then stuff it into the brest, wrap it bacon and roast it whole. then a quick turkey jus and some spatzle. sound good?
anyone else thinking of dinner?

Being a non-chef I'm just gonna cook up some sausage with green/yellow/red peppers and onions and a smattering of seasonings.

Easy/quick/nonfancy fill your belly meal :P

i just had a large no-name pizza that costs $2.56
these pizzas are like a baron desert so i threw on some shaved chicken breast, hand torn slices of roast beef, some capsicum(red pepper i think you call them) and mushrooms
it was fucking yummy

now i'm about to have a banana/strawberry flavoured whey protein shake

i love turkey breast sangas with cranberry sauce or a little avocado with alfalfa and a little mango too
