Raspberries are good, but don't hold up well in muffins. Apple cinnimon is pretty mediocre. Bannana-nut muffins are classic, and blueberries are great in muffins.

almond poppy seed would be pretty good, too.

If done well, they hold up damn fine. I live down the block from a Ukrainian diner that bakes all their muffins and stuff on the premises...their raspberry muffins are huge, hold together, and have whole raspberries intact inside them. My gf's mom also makes great raz muffins with a hint of lemon.

Hashberry muffins!!!

Well, hash and blueberry. Apparently blueberries are fucking crazy antioxidants and are very healthy, Larry King swears by them. Plus they're tasty as shit.

I get them at work all the time and yesterday they had none. I was sad. I ate a lemon poppyseed muffin and although tasty, was not quite the same. :crying:
