storing spores

I did a search on this topic but am not sure if the strain makes a difference. I ordered some P.C. Thailand-Koh Samui and P.C. Equador in order to grow mushrooms for my first time. After I ordered the spores a situation developed that makes it impossible to grow for at least 3 months. My questions are, how long will the spores stay fresh and should I keep them in the refrigerator or freezer. thanks for your help

They keep well at room temperature away from heat and moisture. I,ve had some for over a year and had no problems getting growth. Some say do not freeze. I'd go with that.
