Drug War Arena

Every time I go to post in the Drug War Arena, it gives me the "Welcome to the Shroomery Forums!" page where I have to scroll down through all the rules to get to the posting page. I think this is only meant for the first post in a forum, but it happens with every post in that forum to me.

It is not meant to display on the first post only.
But it should not display if you make any subsequent posts in the same forum within a certain time frame.

Ah, thanks for clarifying that. I didn't know whether it was on purpose or not.

Do you think it's necessary to have that page display before every post? I think displaying it once and having the rules on the top of the page is enough, as after enough times it just gets annoying and I scroll through it automatically.
