Soda pop prices go up due to oil.

Today at the break in my summer class I glanced at the soda machine.  There was a note on it that said the price of 20 oz. bottles was going up from a buck to 1.25 because of oil prices going up.  Thought that was classy. :rolleyes:

prices vary all over the place, schools have it @ 1.25, but you can make it up w/ Dr. pepper, 1 in 6 caps wins!  I found 2 winners in the trash today.  Unfortunatly the machines wont accept winning caps. :tongue2:

no, prices are going up because they know people will still buy. Soda is like crack, and if you've got the extra quarter, your gonna buy one. Think about it... a 25% increase on every soda sold, do you know how much extra money thier making?
