Trippin while ur sick?

Has anyone tripped while they had a slight cold, my FOAF has one and wants to know how it will work.

I have. It was a slight clod and a sore throat and 2 red gel tabs mad things even worse. Although, my set and setting for that trip were less than ideal (i was in a place i'd never been with a large group of people, some of whom were strangers to me) so I can't blame being mildly sick for how bad the trip was. I do know that my body felt exeptionally bad during the trip and that seems to have been an affect of the cold.

Actaully, it's been my experience that trippin' while your sick makes no difference what so ever. Though, you might have a rough time the next day. ;-)

Actually a "trip" by it's self is sort of like being sick. The body sees the drug as being an invader and turns up the heat a little bit. If in doubt, just take your body's temp before and later right dureing the peak of a trip. You might find that it's jumped up a degree or two.

I tripped hard on acid 2 weekends ago while I was fairly sick and it hardly made any difference at all. The trip was just as great, and if anything it put the symptoms of the cold on hold for a while. My body felt unusually sore and tired, but other than that it was fine.
