cleaning micron magic disks

i got some micron filter disks with some rust on the sides and im wonderin how to clean them?

you can rub bleach on them, but honestly... rust doesnt matter much. AND the discs are so damn cheap, just use another. :)

Here is an "off the wall" type question. Does anyone know if the micron filter disks can be used to filter out Anthrax? hmm... maybe some home brew gas maks are in the works. ... ('hesitate to bring this subject up, but I am curious)
