Subway Hijinx

Today on my way to work the E train stopped at Spring St. Everybody who was getting off got off and started the long march to the Exit, and I watched them from my seat inside the train car.

All of a sudden this tiny shrivelled up feisty little black lady carrying lots of bags runs by the car I'm in screaming "YOU FUCK I'LL FUCK YOU UP FUCK FUCK" etc. etc. I hear a commotion down the platform, and the next thing I know this young Asian woman stumbles into the train car crying, holding her eye, and her face is all scratched up. The crazy lady meanwhile is still cursing as she leaves the train station.

It was interesting until they took the train out of service to wait for the police to come so the girl could file a report that will never, ever get solved. At all.

The funniest part was the crackheaded looking dude half asleep in the corner of the car - when he heard the conductor say into her walkie talkie "I need police assistance at Spring St.," he practically leapt right outta the car.

I haven't seen too much of the rest of his work. I saw his Grad school final film project, it was kickass. It was called Joe's Bed-Stuy Barbershop: We Cut Heads.

bamboozled is cool....my wife met michael rappaport last week.

she got her picture with him and stuffs while she was working
at the MTV movie awards thingy.

That guy's AWESOME. I love seeing that he's in a movie.

Did you ever see Copland? He's in it. That's the best movie Sylvester Stallone ever made.

I love the part where they dunk his head under the water...it's so painful to watch.

And the entire ending scene is like a western transported to suburban NJ.

walking up the center of the road and all....ray liota comes out
of nowhere.

totally sweet.

aside from first blood, I think it's the best Stallone film ever.
