I think green dragon and LSD-laced Everclear should be sold at the corner store.

If we don't need a license for alcohol and tobacco, why should we for drugs that are much less harmful than either of those?

LSD is safer than both those?? Physically yes, but theres a lot of people in the world who need to NOT be taking high doses of LSD.

That's true, but one could say the same for alcohol. There's a lot of people who shouldn't be drinking; but as long as they don't drive or harm anyone else, who are we to tell someone they can't take alcohol or LSD? It's only if they cause problems for others that we'd need to step in for protection, but otherwise we shouldn't tell someone they can't drop acid or eat mushrooms simply because they haven't gotten a silly license.

I would make sure there were laws against that. Dosing people against their will should be illegal for all drugs.

Of course, I agree with you, some people do need it, and it would be funny to see Bush tripping out in front of reporters. Or to see Ann Coulter laying back on a thumbprint dose of acid, realizing all the stupid ignorant bullshit she spouts and how useless her life is.
