Amsterdam

My parents are taking me on a trip to Europe this summer.  Ive been trying to convince them to spend a few days in Amsterdam, but they dont like the idea of spending all that extra $ just so I can smoke some good  :stash:.

I need links or places/things that would be interesting to go to that are not drug related.

Im 18, living at home, and my parents are paying for the whole trip so I cant just go off on my own for a few days.

in 91' I backpacked through Europe I was 22 at the time. It was a blast I did it completly bymyself for 1 month met alot of cool people. I got a book at the time called "lets go Europe" which really helped out. Why not just hang in AMsterdam and meet up with your folks later on, like in Brussles,Germany or Paris? Paris is 6 hours by train. Just keep an I on your wallet, get a fanny pack and becareful late at night if your wasted wondering aorund the red light disctirct is a blast but it's full of charaters. I went again in 97'for a week and traveled down to Mastricht(southern Holland) very beautiful with plenty of Coffee Shops and Smart Shops, good place to meet the folks the'll love it if they are conservative and so will you. Good Hash and Shrooms in Mastricht (anywhere in Holland is good. Good Luck!
