Attacked by the dark side of the force

We were sooo psyched to see Star Wars tonight.. When we took our seats I noticed several black vertical lines over the entire screen during the previews. I was hoping they'd go away by the time the movie started. But noooooo!! They were still there. We left to ask for our money back. Turns out both of the theatre's copies of Star Wars were scratched to Hell and back. When I saw Episode I there was a big-ass ball of fuzz in the lower left corner of the screen. (Different theatre).

Anyway they gave us ten dollar vouchers. Looks like a road trip is in order..
