Psilocybin Mushrooms? Edible? need identification help
    #4207414 -

I am new to shroom hunting I found these in a shady area in my front yard, there are a lot of pine needles and leaves laying around the area. Wasn't growing in shit but is a little brown mushroom, they all look the same to me. Is this safe to eat?

OK my brother who was with me in Wyoming went around eating every mushroom that was growing from shit, was about 50 of them, he tripped, didn't get sick. I only ate a few, couldn't sleep didn't trip, didn't get sick. I already threw away the ones pictured above. Think I will stick to growing for now, know a lot more about that. Thanks for the advice.

No harm can come from questioning. "Best" case scenerio: You prove it right without relying on the fact that it is widely accepted. Argument strengthened. "Worst" case scenerio: You realize you might have been wrong. The new answer might or might not be what you want to hear, but it beats defending yourself with bullshit.

You can tell by the gills.. They're white.
I usually come across these growing in grass around the fields.

Cubes = dark purple spores
Also, these aren't bruising blue.
