 wtf am I schizo?

Ok about a day and a half ago I smoked a shit load of salvia for my first time. It was a crazy experience with crazy hallucinations that I actually believed were real. I dont know what is happening but today everything is totally weird. The world and the way it looks is totally different then the way I usually observe it. The world seems very scary and unreal and I cant make any since of it at all. Its not like a enlightened feeling its more like wtf I dont get you and your face expressions. Its hard to explain but It kinda feels like Im still tripping on salvia. My uncle has schizophrenia and maybe that salvia could of triggered something in my brain? Im really scared and I am extremely afraid of the dark right now/life in general. Help?

I know exactly what you mean when you said "with crazy hallucinations that I actually believed were real"
I've smoked Salvia like 5 times, and it took me to the 4th time to finally get a grip and not believe they were real. The hallucinations are beyond gripping. They are just fucking earth-shatteringly real. Earth shattering.

the more i do it the really it gets. i do the stuff all the time i amde 10 grams of 10x and almsot everytime next day i feel like not talking to people and just thinking

Hmm... id advocate a different approach, perhaps exploring the *realness* of the hallucinations.
In my book they are slightly distored truth (more so than my sober view) - explore the nature of reality beyond human perception.

If you are attributing uncomfortable after effects to the drugs you are taking, I would suggest reconsidering how often and if you should even be taking said drugs in the first place. You have the best vantage point as to what might be going on inside your head, so if it doesn't feel right, you might consider changing something in efforts to make yourself feel better again. Drugs can indeed invoke very powerful alterations upon your perception of the world and even yourself - all I'm saying is that moderation is extremely important in everything we do as humans.
If it doesn't feel good, it probably isn't.

I didnt know there was after glow effects of salvia. I smoked some more today so I dont know if its gone yet. I dont think Im smoking it again though, I thought that the devil was talking to me.  Fucking weird Im not even religious.

After-glow = after-effects. If a drug makes you feel uncomfortable, don't do MORE before you feel normal again..

the after glow usually runs up to 3 days for me.
during that period I am more likely to consider intellectual propositions that are far from the norm.
you could say that I am still slightly more complicated or time-dilated than normal.
one does become sensitive to underlying automations while watching shifts in facial expressions and other functional masks; these are all expressions of learned behaviour that we normally take for granted, but with some time dilation.n..n....
