substrate for subbs and weilli's?

i just made a weillie syringe and gonna make a subbs one soon too, i need to know what kind of subtrate i need to pack my jars and how to prepare it.

Weilii will colonize anything a cube will, I'd go will rye or birdseed, but have used PF substrate sucsessfully. For the subbs, use a Pan tek, grow them just like pan cyans and trops, use dung/straw based substrates, and case with a thin layer of soil. The subbs are really easy to fruit, the weilii have a better chance to fruit outdoors, but will fruit somewhat easily indoors. Search the username "aaron" and you will find a tek for growinf weilii indoor.

I've used finch seed many a times for weilii, it works just fine! And will do just fine for the subbs to.
