Really good beer

I went to the store today to get some vegetarian foods and I saw a beer on sale that was normally a 9 dollar bottle for 650 so I went ahead and bought it. It is soooo good. I didn't know beer could taste like this. Subtle, complex, delicate, multifaceted. Yum yum yum. And it's 9 % Tripel bottle conditioned belgian abbey ale from Duinen. Yum yum yum yum yum. It's soooooooooo good. Yum yum.

it's 1 pint 9.4 ounces. 750 ml, the same as a bottle of wine.

I am never buying a six pack again. This is sooo much better.

The best part about this beer is it doesn't taste anything like piss or water. Bud tastes like water. Milwalkies best ice tastes like piss. Bad, first thing in the morning ate barbecue and asparagus last night coming out orange piss. Corona, piss beer.

But this tastes gooooooood. If God made beer, it wouldn't be quite this good. It is sooo good. And the buzz feels different. Like, you can respect it more because you didn't have to drink piss beer or water beer to get it.

There is one that is 9 dollars called Delirium Tremors, I have to try that one too. How cool is it that they have a beer named after the state chronic alcoholics die from?

I am drunk now too, and have half the beer left.

Those are nice.  I swiped a few from a shop I used to work at.  :smirk:  No chance in hell I'd pay that much...treated some friends and such to a tasting party.  Nummers.

Much better on tap, it's so smoooooth. From the bottle, it tastes like pancake syrup. But I still drink it anyway. It's the best beer the gas station carries.

Heh I still look like I'm 16---6 years later.

Carslberg is one of the worst beers there is - cheap watery shit.

McEwan's 70/- or 80/- (70 shilling or 80 shilling) is delicious. Dunno if you can get it outside of Scotland though.

i agree - pilsners in general aren't beer, but are cheap watery shit. that being said, i'd much prefer a tuborg or carlsberg to any american/canadian big brewery any day of the week. that being said, i'd much prefer a nice ale/porter/stout coming from a nice small brewery over anything else any day of the week. that being said... now i forget what i'm talking about.
