You and I have some (many) of the same "theories/ideas" of how the world works.

Yes indeed! I have contemplated this all on mushrooms. The ego is a necessary tool for navigating the material plane and is a boon when in balance. That's the rub though, balance.

Yes, that's the rub, all right. It can appear very tough in the world, and it is the Ego that has to deal with it. Perhaps we should be kind to our Egos, and give them a Massage once in awhile?

OK. That's actually about a physical Massage treatment, but I've found that while using it, that emotional things that I had been holding onto, would come to mind while using that technique. At that point I could release my attachment to those old mental pains, and they would simply go away...
