innoculating horse dung

i'm asking again..after innoculating past. dung from colonized milo and cover with tin foil do i need to poke holes?? do i need to fan twice a day?? or just let the dung colonize?? i'm just innoculating dung not using it as a casing layer...not using a casing layer at all in fact.

Yes, poke some holes. Don't fan until you birth your non-casing.
