how much jet dry should I add to a water solution?

I have 29 Strains as of current.. I LOVE TO TRADE. See my bio for the strains I currently have.

I seek: Strains I don't have, exotic species, Edibles, Vacutainers, A accurate scale, chicken manure, worm castings, worms for making my own worm castings, plastic lids for mason jars, light malt extract, Kelp Meal, A Ph Tester, A microscope.

One drop per 100 ML water is plenty.

but what is too much? I might have used 1/16th-1/8th tsp to one pint of water. I think it will still work? Any suggestions?

I don't know Tahoe, testing hefty ratios of Jet Dry to water just hasn't been a big priority for me. Try it and find out.

I dont want to test or kill any spores. I just didnt want to purchase any jet dry so i opened up the dishwasher and removed the lid where the jet dry goes and dipped what was on the cap into a pint of water. Not sure how much ened up in there but it was more then a drop

taho, try liquid dish soap, on or 2 drops, the purpose is to break surface tension and prevent cohesion, it really takes very little to do that

thats what i figured, i am making more now, i hav emore jars to cook. I looked at the cap and it has food residue on part of it so i made sure to keep it clean this time. Do you think the antibacterial dishsoap will hurt.

not in that small a quantity, you should aviod the anti bacterail soaps any way,
you dont want that stuff developing immunities to the anti-bacterail agents in the
soaps, the amount in it isnt enough to do any thing with bacteria in dish water any way

me? Pull somebodies leg? Never, all business here. As for this topic though, i made 1 pint of spore water and the shit is sticking to the syringe. I will squirt a cc of the new jet dry water into the spore water and hope this breaks the surface tension.

i had put too much jet-dry into some solution once, and had no adverse effects.
jars all colonized without a problem.
