How much Spore Solution in each jar???

Hey it's me again
I have to know how much of the spore solution from a syringe needs to be inoculated in each jar. I know it should be about 1cc, but I don't know how much that is in ml. since I bought my syringes in Mexico.
Are my 5ml. syringes 10cc???

1 ml = 1cc
mililiter = cubic centimeter
