Bunk Contests?

What's the protocol for dealing with someone who doesn't make good on their contest offerings?

Even though the would-be winnings are a "gift", do you give them a bad trade rating if they don't come through?

Or do you just consider the person an asshole, and give them a negative general rating?

Or do you just let it slide? However, if that's the case, I don't see any motivation for people to send out contest prizes (some people apparently aren't motivated to do such, anyway).

i know i had a bunk contest also...i am just going to so what ever with it ....i guess i did not lose anything really but i agree why put up a contest, then dont follow throgh with things??? oh well...could be worse...
