Hey, I've only done shrooms once before and it was a very small dose...i was wondering, do the stems contain as much psilocybin and psilocin as the caps, or less???
do people usually eat the stems too?

heh...i guess that was 2 quick questions...

I'm prett sure the content in the stems is the same, or just about the same, as the content in the caps.

Everyone I have ever seen eat shrooms has eaten everything: caps and stems.

If you wanna be picky about it, some say the psilocybin/cin ratio is around 60%caps, and 40% stems. But dont worry about it, just eat the whole damn shroom.

The stems are almost worthless. You'll want to just eat them all at once after harvest.
