Anyone know any magic tricks. For example, a dissapering coin trip. Some trick to impress a girl or a young child, or even a wise man. Please by being kind enough to teach or share.

It's really hard to find magic tricks on line. I'm sure your local library has many books on the subject.

I used to babysit before I was old enough to work, so I got into magic to impress kids. All the little kids in my life love it.
I got an old favorite- it's a fake thumb tip. You can use it to make a thin silk cloth disappear/reappear. Or, if you're with friends, make whatever you're "into" for the evening appear!
Show both hands to be empty. So your right hand has this fake thumb tip. You make an open fist with your left hand, and reach in with the right (thumb first, on the sly). You pull the scarf/whatever out with the right hand.
I also got this flesh-tone contraption that hides in my hand. It holds a bit of flash paper and a lighter-type ignitor. Again, show your hands to be empty, and POOF- BIG flash. It's great! Not really a trick, more of an effect.
It's all about distraction. If you've got something in your right hand, make them look at your left.
Best to find a local magic shop. The people there are always willing to impress you with new stuff they're practicing, and to help you with your purchase. Don't expect them to explain the secret until you buy it, though!
(edit: really, I don't suggest buying online if you are just getting into it, the local shops will be very helpful. Plus, you are supporting a local business which doesn't make too much money anyway. They do it because they love it. You may have to drive a bit to get to your local shop, there's not many.)
Heh... I'm gonna go play now!

I've always enjoyed slight-of-hand magic. I have a couple really good tricks that blow peoples minds. One killer card trick and a couple of great tricks with ropes. They are fairly simple once you learn them but the illusion is fantastic. I often see street magicians using the same tricks.
What is funny is that people swear I am using 'trick' ropes. But I can find a piece of rope or string just laying on the ground and duplicate the effect.

If I wanted to impress a girl I'd do something similar to pulling a rabbit out of a hat, but it wouldn't be a rabbit and I wouldn't pull it out of no hat. You might say I would show her my magick wand. And give her a magick surprise.
