I just figured out how he gets the cards behind the glass. Should I tell you all or become a knock off?

Honestly, unless this man is an alien who can mold physics and gravity, some of it has to be fake.
I mean i'm a fan of magic and all, i respect the amount of work it takes to get a trick right... but some of this stuff would be impossible to pull of without actors. =\

Many magicians use accomplices planted in the audience. In the tooth trick you can see him place the tooth back in her mouth and her moving it into place with her tongue. I bet for the coffee one somebody gave the homeless guy the rigged cup. Notice it was totally full, and that he puts his fingers on the bottom of the cup right before the coins surface.

When I was in High School there was this Vietnamese kid who was doing all of David Blain's tricks before he even came out.
levitation (which I finally figured out), the cards on the other side of the glass, bitten quarter, ripping the card up and burning it, then rubbing ash on your skin to reveal the card.
teachers would stop class, tests even to let him do tricks.

Share the tricks, damnit. I know levitation there are three techniques that employ the use of angles and whatnot to make it look like you're levitating

Im pretty sure most of the levitation tricks, since they are usually done from behind, use a special heel which slips over the back of your shoe and is attached to your pants, and you step out of the heel, and lift up on your toes which gives the impression of levitating an inch or two.

The burning card one is easy. You pick a card before the trick, and write the name on your arm with soap. Then, you use lifts, forces, etc... to get your victim to pick the card of your choice.
And the bitten quarter: take a quarter, and grind a bite mark in it. Then, use sleight of hand to switch it with a real quarter.

If you're standing at the right angle to someone, you stand up on the ball of one foot and leave the other one flat. With a bit of acting, looks like you're levitating.

Definitely not...
stand with your feet together and lift your left foot up flat along with your right heal. So its like your stand on your tip toes except only with your right foot and your left foot is completely flat.
The person has to stand behind you and to the left.

There are different ways to doing it, but I have seen a couple of people do it with the fake heels. there is a video of some young kid doing it on some stairs and you can tell he is stepping back into his heels afterwards, and the audience can stand basically anywhere but in front of them.
I have seen up close a few people levitate, and it was most definitely not an "optical illusion" of one foot lifting up.
