Are there any benifits from adding H2O2 to the water in my humidifier?

Well, aside from adding a little bit of sterility to the water in the humidifier, I don't think that it would make much of a difference. I'm assuming that you're using an ultrasonic humidifier which I think would destroy any peroxide before it even got out of the machine. Peroxide is a pretty unstable molecule sensitive to not only heat and light, but also physical shock as would be applied by an ultrasonic humidifier.. I also doubt that the resulting oxygen produced from the decomposed molecule would have any noticeable effect.
