Disable User Avatars Feature isn't working in my options

I disabled all avatars because of the nudity yet they are all still visible.

Hey,

You disabled 'view other user's pictures in their profile and user list' but not 'view user's pictures with their posts'. I went ahead and fixed it for you. :smile: Let me know if you still have any problems.

Thanks! Its working. Much, much safer.

BTW - it would be nice to have an option as to whether the shroom icon was on the browser URL title and the browswer tab title. That's kinda cool but also kinda loud. Peace.
