If you look up a post of mine from say, oh I don't know December, you'll see the same avatar under the name as I have now.

It seemed to me that before, if you look up someone's old post, you'd see the avatar they used at the time, which I thought was cool.

What happened?

its prolly a feature to keep the amount of querys to the db to a minimum. Also it keeps links from breaking if the old picture is removed from inactivity.

Side note: The avitar is part of the users profile, and should reflect the users current avitar.

d4oob brought this up before to _3D...old avatars and also sigs are gone..and _3D said something like 'thats just the way the new server is, now go fuck yourselves!'...
