Mineral water and Millet seed flour

Has anyone ever used FIJI or a different mineral water for either there jar preperation and/or misting? The water has really good minerals (Silcia, Calcium, Magnesium,PH, Biocaronates). I think it's worth a try.

Also, when I bought some Brown Rice Flour today, I noticed there is Millet Seed Flour, has nayone tried that? I think I'll experiment.
