Has anyone here seen the Movie, "50 Dates."

Okay,

I was at a friends house today who smoked me out and then he put on the movie, 50 dates with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.

The reason I ask is that, for those of you who know me and know I lived in Hawaii for 12 years, know that I know where the mushrooms are all over.

Anyway I was watching this movie and noticed Chinaman's Hat in the back ground and know where they filmed that scene.

Anyway, I notices a particular place wher Adam Sandler and Drew Barrynmore were running in a field with cows in the background and they were standing in front of a tree with leafless wide spread branchhes on J. Morgan's well known ranch on Oahu..

I was thinking, wow, I picked shrooms at that very location for close to twelve years. One of dozens of places on the island. It was a good moment of deja vue.

So I ask. Does anyone here know the place I am talking about?

I saw the movie and thought it was good. I haven't made it to Hawaii yet though so I can't really comment on the location.

I know the scene and honest to god MJ, was thinking, "I wonder if MJ has hunted in that field?"

Its funny cuz the first time i saw that movie, i was on a plane to Costa Rica to go hunting.

it's the same joke 50 times... and it's sooooooooooo boring.

to answer the question, I've never been to hawaii so no, I do not know of the spot you speak of.

I might have been to that area...when I was in Hawaii.

I didn't even think of looking for any shrooms there...back then bro.

that was back in the 80's...when I lived there for awhile.

I was pretty fucked up back then...it was all one long ass party back in those days.

I know the area you speak of in the movie John, unfortuneately I have only had the pleasure of seeing it in the movie itself. When I seen the cows I did wonder. I find it cool to know that somebody has actually been there hunting. Shroom on bro.

Duster, the tree can be seen from Kamehameha Highway as you drive by. Or walk by. The pasture trail runs right parralel to the highway as you go by the ranch towards the hat.

The tree is very onservable from the road. In the scene in the movie they are standing in front of the tree and the sun is behind the tree.
